We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Please review your returns and exchanges options below. 

 

RETURN OPTIONS:
1. Refund (less 5% restock fee)
We will refund all full-priced, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and unworn merchandise to your original form of payment less a 5% restocking fee and return shipping fee, if selected. The return must be initiated within 30 days of purchase. 
2. Store credit (full amount*)
We will refund all full-priced, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and unworn merchandise by issuing a store credit for the full amount (less the price of return shipping, if selected*). Store Credits never expire. The return must be initiated within 30 days of purchase. 

*We do not accept international returns at this time. 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND? Once you have initiated the return process and we have received and inspected your returned goods, we will issue your refund less the 5% restock fee. Your refund should be posted back to your original form of payment within 5-7 business days. 

 

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY STORE CREDIT? Expect an emailed store credit via discount code within 3 business days of the delivery of your return at our warehouse. Store Credits are not processed the same day your item is delivered. All returns must be sorted, inspected, and processed. We appreciate your patience!

 

DO WE PROVIDE RETURN LABELS?
We do! You have the option purchasing your own return label from any carrier, or we can provide you a return label for $5.95 off the price of your store credit. Once you have read our returns and exchanges policy, please initiate the return process here.

ADDITIONAL RETURN DETAILS: 
  • The amount of your Refund/Store Credit is only for the item(s) you purchased.
  • You may send back your items through any carrier you prefer, or we can provide you with a return label for $5.95 off of your refund/store credit total.
  • Merchandise must be returned within 21 days from the receive date.
  • Merchandise must be unwashed and unworn.
  • Original invoice must be included in your return package. If you do not have your original invoice, you can print out your order confirmation email or go to your customer profile on our Website and print out your order summary.
  • Store credit cannot be applied to future purchases until the return is processed. Meaning, you can not apply the store credit before we have actually issued it to you.
  • Final Few, Flash Sale, Sample Sale and Sale Items are FINAL SALE!
  • All accessories are FINAL SALE!
  • Bodysuits and Intimates are FINAL SALE!
  • We do not hold items for returns or exchanges.
  • Please allow 3 business days for return processing.
  • Once your return is processed, we will email you your store credit which can be applied via the discount code box at checkout.
  • Any returns past the policy will not be accepted or store credited.
  • We do not accept international returns at this time. 
Exchanges
  • Exchanges must be the same item, but different size request.
  • We are not able to exchange for different items at this time.
  • If you need a different size in your item, note your size exchange when filling out your returns request. If we have the item in stock in your requested size, we will contact you with next steps. If we don't have your requested size, we will initiate a refund via store credit.

International Returns

  • We do not accept international returns at this time.
  • All international sales are final sale.
