Many of our products come from different vendors from all over the world. In order for us to keep our costs down and transfer those savings on to you, we have our manufacturers ship directly to our customers.
If an item is missing, please
contact us with the order number and the missing item's name and number. We’ll get back to you as soon as we can to resolve it for you. Please note our normal operating hours: M-F: 8am-6pm EST.
